1.安装光杆卡的规格必须和光杆标称值相符。
The specification of the polished rod clamp to be installed must conform to the nominal value of the rod.
2.按照光杆卡上标识↑安装，切勿反装。According to the polished rod clamp tag ↑ installation, do not install backwards.
3.把所夹位置擦拭干净。Wipe the clamped position clean.
4.拧紧紧固螺母，扭矩力≥280N.m≦500N.m。
Tighten nut, torque force ≥280N.m≦500N.m.
5.光杆卡安装过程中绝对不能违规操作，双手严禁放在光杆卡上下两面。
The process to install the polished rod clamp must not violate the rules of operation, both hands are strictly prohibited on the top and bottom of the clamp.
6. 安装完毕后，应刹车减速光杆卡缓慢带上负荷，以避免光杆卡冲击载荷过大造成不必要的损害。第一次由于操作不当导致安装失败后，光杆卡子即报废。After the installation is completed, the brake reducer should be put on the load slowly, so as to avoid unnecessary damage caused by too much impact load.After the first installation failure due to improper operation, the rod clamp is scrapped.
